Scott Simpson
Scott Simpson has extensive courtroom experience. He has represented clients in both jury trials and judge tried cases. Mr. Simpson’s trial experience includes representing clients in criminal and civil cases.

A large portion of Mr. Simpson’s caseload involves criminal defense, representing clients with charges such as driving while intoxicated (DWI), ordinance violations, traffic tickets, misdemeanors and felonies.
He’s proud of the fact that he goes above and beyond his clients’ expectations. For example, one client was charged with a DWI. In an attempt to justify the arrest, the police officer claimed the client crossed the center line and almost caused a head-on collision with the police car. Mr. Simpson obtained video footage of the incident and was able to prove that his client’s car never crossed into oncoming traffic. Once he showed the video to the prosecuting attorney, the case was dismissed.

Prior to working for Niedner Law firm, Simpson interned for two years with the Missouri Public Defender System, working both in Boone and Lincoln Counties.

Mr. Simpson was born and raised in St. Charles, Missouri. He went on to receive his undergraduate degree from Webster University and earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri.

He was admitted to the Missouri Bar Association in 2007 and maintains membership in the St. Charles County Bar Association and the Missouri Bar.
