Jayson B. Lenox practices in areas of the law involving:
  • Estate planning-wills, trusts, powers of attorney for healthcare and finances, beneficiary deeds, veterans benefits
  • Civil litigation
Over the years, Lenox has written thousands of wills and trusts for clients throughout the state. Lenox works with veterans and their families in obtaining aid and attendance benefits. Throughout his career, he has tried more than 80 jury trials to conclusion, and has handled hundreds of mediations representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Additionally, Lenox has served as a mediator himself.
After graduation from the University of Missouri law school with a Juris Doctor Degree in 1991, Lenox became a member of the Missouri Bar and then passed the Illinois Bar as well. Lenox has been with the Niedner law firm since 1993 and became a partner in the firm in 1995. In 2013, he became the Judge for the city of New Melle. Lenox previously served as an assistant prosecutor for the city of St. Peters and city attorney for the city of Foristell.

Mr. Lenox is a member of the Missouri Bar, the Illinois Bar, the St. Charles County Bar, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and the American Bar Association. He lives in St. Charles with his wife and three children.
