Timothy R. Huff

Timothy R. Huff was born in South Bend, Indiana in 1964. He attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas and graduated in 1987. Mr. Huff continued his education at St. Louis University School of Law, graduating and receiving a JD Degree in 1990.

Upon passing the Missouri Bar examination in 1990, Mr. Huff began employment with the law firm in August, 1990. He was named a partner in the law firm in 1995, and he has continued to practice with the firm, now named Niedner, Bodeux, Carmichael, Huff, Lenox and Pashos, L.L.P.

Mr. Huff practices in the areas of business and commercial law, estate planning, real estate law, probate, landlord/tenant law, and real estate and commercial contract law.

One of Mr. Huff’s significant accomplishments include the successful coordination and completion of the litigation arising out of the destruction of St. Charles High School by fire in 1995. He has also been lead counsel and has handled the closing of over $100 million in commercial and multi-family real estate transactions, representing buyers, sellers and lenders in all facets of the transactions.

Mr. Huff presently serves as General Business Counsel for the City of St. Charles R-6 School District, a position he has held for over 15 years. He also serves as the Administrative Hearing Officer for the City of St. Charles Housing Authority, deciding cases for the Authority in disputes with its tenants. His representative clients also include 1st Advantage Bank, Moore Enterprises, United Properties, Inc., Titan Homes, Inc., Jerry Kelly Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc., Pitman Funeral Homes, Inc., American Communities, LLC, Gibson Marina, Inc., and numerous other businesses and associations.

Mr. Huff lives in St. Charles, Missouri with his wife and two children, both of whom attend Immanuel Lutheran School in St. Charles. He is a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in St. Charles. Outside of his law practice, Mr. Huff is a member of the Board of Directors of 1st Advantage Bank in St. Peters, Missouri. He is a member of the Missouri Bar, the St. Charles County Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and he is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Missouri.
