Scott Simpson is an attorney with Niedner, Bodeux, Carmichael, Huff, Lenox and Pashos, LLP. He has a general law practice with experience including:

Mr. Simpson routinely handles family law matters such as divorce, paternity, child support and child custody issues. He also represents clients in personal injury actions.

Mr. Simpson has an ever growing criminal defense case load. He regularly handles cases such as driving while intoxicated (DWI), ordinance violations, traffic tickets, misdemeanors and felonies. Prior to working for Niedner Law firm, he interned for two years with the Missouri Public Defender System, working both in Boone and Lincoln Counties.

Mr. Simpson was born and educated in St. Charles, Missouri. He received his undergraduate degree from Webster University before moving to Columbia where he earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri. He as admitted to the Missouri Bar Association in 2007 and maintains membership in the St. Charles County Bar Association and the Missouri Bar. Mr. Simpson is also a member of Business Network International, where he currently serves as President of the River City Chapter.
