Reginald P. Bodeux is and has been a practicing attorney in the County of St. Charles, Missouri for over 37 years.

Born on May 16, 1943, to Belgium parents during the German occupation of Belgium, he came to the United States at the age of 3 and graduated from Southwest High School in St. Louis, Missouri in 1962. He continued his education at the University of Missouri – Columbia receiving an AB Degree in 1967 and a JD Degree in 1972.

Reginald P. Bodeux served in the U.S. Army from 1968 through 1970, including a tour of duty in Vietnam during 1969 and 1970. He received an honorable discharge with Army Commendation Medal and the Vietnam Service Medal.

Upon passing the Missouri Bar Exam in 1972, Reginald P. Bodeux commenced employment with the firm of Niedner, Moerschel, Nack and Ahlheim in October of that year. Within five years, he was made a partner with the firm, and has continued to practice with the firm which now is named Niedner, Bodeux, Carmichael, Huff, Lenox and Pashos, L.L.P. Reginald Bodeux received the highest AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell within five years of commencing his practice of law. In addition to the active practice law, he was the President of St. Charles County Bar Association, Prosecuting Attorney for the City of St. Peters for 20 years, and has been a member of several civic organizations within the County of St. Charles, Missouri.

Reginald P. Bodeux has concentrated on an active trial practice that includes defense trial litigation, commercial litigation, personal injury litigation, as well as domestic relations family law. Other areas in which he practices are real estate law, estate law, and the general practice of law with the exception of tax law. Reginald Bodeux has enjoyed traveling extensively throughout the world, visiting places as far north as Katmandu, Nepal, and as far south as Sydney, Australia.

Reginald Bodeux continues as an active member of the Missouri Bar Association and maintains an active practice with “The Oldest Law Firm in St. Charles County” which was established in 1937.
